1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the RGB Illumination website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
RGB Illumination provides professional outdoor lighting services including landscape lighting design and installation, holiday and Christmas light installation, and permanent lighting (Omni) systems. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. Specific service details, pricing, and timelines will be outlined in individual proposals and agreements.
3. Consultations & Estimates
Initial consultations are provided free of charge. Estimates and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change based on project scope, material costs, and site conditions discovered during installation.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. We accept the following payment methods:
- • Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- • PayPal
- • Financing options (subject to approval)
A deposit may be required to secure your installation date. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Weather-related delays will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
6. Warranty & Maintenance
RGB Illumination stands behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be detailed in your service agreement. For holiday lighting installations, maintenance is included throughout the season — if a bulb goes out, we'll replace it at no additional cost. Landscape lighting and permanent lighting systems include a manufacturer warranty on fixtures and a workmanship warranty on installation.
7. Liability
RGB Illumination is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. While we take every precaution to protect your property during installation, any pre-existing damage or conditions will be documented before work begins. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of RGB Illumination and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written permission. Photos of completed projects may be used by RGB Illumination for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
9. Service Area
RGB Illumination serves Central North Carolina including Sanford, Pittsboro, Southern Pines, Aberdeen, Carthage, Pinehurst, Fayetteville, and surrounding communities. Service availability outside our primary coverage area is subject to additional travel fees and scheduling constraints.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lee County, North Carolina.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
